Production

In the beginning we built our experience from staging small festivals and campaigning events. This now continues to work through WBC Events and Windfield Productions.

WBC Events focus on smaller events and providing a range of services, which require more flexible and reactive actions. Whether it’s providing smaller bars, production, catering options, traders and markets, we can deliver these.

Windfield Promotions is a joint venture owned by Workers Beer Company and Festival Republic (http://www.festivalrepublic.co.uk/home). Windfield Promotions strength comes from the significant experience of both organisations. This means we can deliver much larger events such as the Fleadh's, Rise and London's St Patrick's Day celebrations.

Catering and Non Food traders

We can also provide a number of additional services for events. For example, providing public catering and non-food traders. Our long experience at events gives us an excellent insight in what works and what doesn't. Whether that’s providing the right kind of traders for the GLA's Rise Festival or the Fair Trade Fair. Or making sure that quality is matched by speed of service at the SW4 Get Loaded in the Park Festivals. We can provide you with the management and production skills needed to deliver your public catering and non-food trader needs, with the minimum of fuss.

Staffing, Stewarding and Welfare

Our sister company Work Ethic uses the volunteer staffing model and our event experience to provide a number of specialist staff options. These include stewarding and welfare services.
