Back in 2010 BWTUC met with Michael Eavis to discuss supporting a trade union-focused alliance on climate change. The Greener Jobs Alliance arose out of this with help from WBC directly funded campains.
We also take server teams to Glastonbury and Latitude music festivals to raise more money for a range of sustainability initiatives including a project on air pollution. The funding has also helped launch our web site and the production of learning modules on climate change.
